Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

At Magôna Parfums, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products. Products returned under this policy must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with all seals and labels intact.

This voluntary policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable Moroccan law.

2. Perfume Products and Hygiene

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we generally cannot accept voluntary change-of-mind returns of perfumes that have been opened, used or unsealed.

This does not affect your legal rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A brief description of the issue.

• Photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method, where possible, within the applicable legal timeframe.

For statutory withdrawal requests, refunds will be handled in accordance with Moroccan consumer protection legislation.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For products received damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Magôna Parfums will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
